DayGlo is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Production Operator to join our Avon, Ohio manufacturing team. You will operate, monitor, and maintain machines to produce finished goods while enforcing strict quality control and safe, efficient work practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years experience operating industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to adjust complex machinery.
• Excellent color perception and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills for measuring/mixing ratios and computing production rates.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment.
• Prepare materials according to formulas to specified standards.
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and use PPE.
• Maintain accurate daily production logs and records.
• Prepare finished products for shipment and ensure accuracy.
