Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machines to meet work instructions and specifications

• Follow lockout/tagout and machine safety procedures at all times

A Typical Shift

You start early (Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-4:30 pm), check the day's priorities, and get your area ready to run. Throughout the shift, you stay alert to changes in material output and communicate clearly with teammates when something looks off. You keep your workspace organized, record key notes as you go, and adjust to schedule changes without losing focus. The day moves between steady production and quick problem-solving, with safety and quality guiding every decision.
