Emerson in Minnesota is seeking candidates for manufacturing assembly roles. You will assemble measurement devices, perform soldering, brazing, testing, and packaging, and maintain a clean, organized workstation while following safety guidelines.

The position offers a competitive salary with benefits and opportunities for growth. Open shifts include 1st shift in Shakopee and in Chanhassen/Eden Prairie, with a 6:30am-3:00pm or 5:30am-2:30pm/12:00pm Friday schedule, plus a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Aptitude assessment and pre-employment screening required.
• Standing for 80% of the shift.
• Ability to frequently move equipment and products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assemble devices used for measurement across industries.
• Perform tasks at a workstation including hand soldering, brazing, repairs, testing, and packaging.
• Participate in daily organization and cleanup of the work area.
• Follow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision.
• Inspect work to ensure total quality.
