Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor printing presses to meet production requirements.
• Prepare printing equipment, load paper and materials, and verify job tickets before start.
• Review job specs, layouts and instructions for accurate setup.
• Monitor color consistency, registration and overall print quality across runs.
• Perform routine press maintenance and calibrations as needed.
• Identify and troubleshoot printing defects and equipment issues.
• Keep work area clean and organized; follow safety procedures.
• Minimize waste and downtime; coordinate with pre-press and finishing teams.
• Record production data and report issues to supervisor.
• Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
