Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a printer operator to support production lines, perform routine cleaning, and maintain orderly workstations.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety procedures on a fast-paced line. Operators assist with changeovers, mentor new hires, and support maintenance during mechanical issues while maintaining documentation and housekeeping as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for long periods.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping and keep area clean and safe.
• Ensure all paperwork is filled daily and PM checks completed.
• Record defect types and quantities using standard forms.
• Assist with changeovers and support during mechanical breakdowns.
• Collaborate with PM&R and shift supervisors on issues.
• Support training of new hires and other operators.
