Job summary

Anchor Fabrication, LLC in La Vergne, TN is seeking experienced Press and Punch Operators for the 1st shift (6:00 am–2:30 pm). Set up and operate punch and press machines to produce quality parts, read blueprints, and perform first/last piece inspections.

Candidates should be mechanically adept with good math and blueprint reading skills; GD&T knowledge is a plus. Overtime and shift changes may be required; a safe, clean work area is expected, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and

Qualifications

• Experience in the metal fabrication industries is a plus.
• Punch & Press operation experience preferred.
• Mechanically adept.
• Blueprint reading.
• Good math skills.
• GD&T knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate punch & press operations to produce quality parts.
• Read blueprints and conduct first/last piece inspection.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor issues as needed; work with Maintenance on major issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Overtime or different shift may be required based on company needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
