Ideal candidates have 2+ years of press operating experience, strong setup/maintenance knowledge, and the ability to read job orders and specs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of printing press operating experience
• Strong knowledge of press setup, operation, and maintenance
• Ability to read job orders and production specifications
• Able to use measuring tools to verify print quality and alignment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Detail-oriented with strong mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate printing presses according to job specifications and production schedules
• Monitor print runs and adjust to maintain print quality, alignment and consistency
• Troubleshoot mechanical and printing issues to minimize downtime
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning and adjustments on press equipment
• Read work orders and production specifications; inspect finished materials; maintain records
