Job summary

Senior Metal Bellows in Sharon, MA is seeking a production technician to work from blueprints and instructions, delivering high‑quality components with meticulous attention to detail. You’ll set up and run hydraulic and mechanical presses from 150 to 1,200 tons, with training provided.

Work includes stamping with Inconel, AM350 and titanium stock (.001"–.008"), performing set‑ups and inspections, and using SPC and precision tools to verify dimensions. Basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior manufacturing or quality experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, route sheets, and instructions to assemble components.
• Set up and operate hydraulic and mechanical presses (150–1,200 ton range).
• Perform rubber-to-metal stamping (training provided).
• Handle materials like Inconel, AM350, and titanium stock (.001"–.008").
• Conduct set-ups and in-process inspections to ensure dimensions and quality.
• Verify quality using SPC and precision measuring tools.
