You will interpret fabrication drawings, use measuring tools, and maintain machine tooling and setup.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in metal fabrication, with a solid understanding of press brake operations and slitting processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications.
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools such as tape measures, micrometers, calipers, and protractors.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machine setup, tooling, and routine maintenance.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up press brake and lay out parts per blueprints.
• Inspect parts and form steel building components.
• Interpret drawings and convert specifications on machine controls.
• Ensure proper operation, tooling, and routine maintenance of machines.
• Train team members and guide assigned employees to meet production goals.
