Job summary

HarborFab is hiring a Press Brake Operator in Benton, AR. You will set up and operate press brake machines, read blueprints, and determine tooling and settings to bend metal plates and sheets. You will inspect finished parts for accuracy and contribute to maintenance and housekeeping to ensure reliable machine performance and productivity. Prior experience with CNC files is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating press brake machines in manufacturing or metal fabrication with CNC files.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand long periods.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal plates and sheets.
• Read blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to determine specifications.
• Select tooling, dies, and machine settings for bending operations.
• Position and align plates accurately for bending according to measurements.
• Adjust speed, pressure, and depth for precise bends.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specs and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
