Job summary

Prysmian Group in Rockwall, TX seeks a Press Brake Operator to set up, program, and operate brake presses in the Brake Press Cell. Under supervision, you will complete work orders, follow blueprints, and ensure quality through inspection of parts and tools.

You will adjust ram/back gauge, perform light programming, read drawings, and maintain clean, safe work area in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and varied temperatures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates Press Brake machine.
• Runs bend and forming operations using punches.
• Inputs information into the CNC controller.

• Performs complex programming using all features of the press brake.
• Works with tight tolerance.
• Performs spot inspections of parts.
• Completes and maintains paperwork.
• Sets up light gauge metal.
• Configures bend allowances for sheet metal.
• Reads drawings and blueprints.
