Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: set up, adjust, and operate manual or CNC press brakes to shape metal.
• Setup & tooling: select correct punches, dies, and V-openings based on material and bend sequence.
• Blueprint Interpretation: read and work from engineering drawings and job routings.
• Quality Inspection: perform visual and dimensional checks using calipers, micrometers, height gauges.
• Troubleshooting: identify and correct bend variation and alignment issues.
• Materials Handling: load and position raw material plates using cranes or lifters.
• Maintenance & Safety: perform daily cleaning and adhere to 5S and PPE guidelines.
