Job summary

SVI Trucks, part of Super Vac, is seeking a skilled Accurpress/Press Brake Operator in Fort Collins to form sheet metal parts, read drawings, and program CNC press brakes in collaboration with design and manufacturing engineers.

This full-time position requires lifting up to 70 lbs, prior Safan Darley/Accupress experience is a plus, and the ability to pass drug and background checks. Wage is $19.00–$24.00 per hour DOE, with 7:00 AM–3:30 PM hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and engineering drawings, including dimensioning and welding notes.
• Program CNC press brakes and set up Safan Darley/Accupress equipment.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Experience with Safan Darley and Accupress is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Safan Darley and Accupress press brakes according to best practices.
• Perform 1st piece and in-process inspections to verify quality.
• Inspect components against documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Document measurements and processes; communicate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with engineers and other departments on projects.
• Operate forklift as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment.
