Qualifications

• 3–5 years of press brake experience (Amada preferred).
• Ability to perform single and multiple setups on press brakes.
• Read blueprints and use dial/digital calipers and height gauges.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation & Setup: Independently set up and operate Amada Press Brake machines with proper tooling and programming based on blueprints.
• Precision Forming & Inspection: Form parts within tight tolerances (+/– .005) using various metals and record measurements.
• Collaboration & Problem Solving: Interface with programmers and engineers to troubleshoot issues.
• Documentation & Maintenance: Complete production/quality forms and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Team Contribution: Rotate through processes, support inventory, and maintain safety.
