Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; or 3+ years related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, travelers, safety rules, setup notes.
• Able to use measurement tools and perform basic calculations.
• Michigan driver’s license for lift truck operation at DeWys Manufacturing.
• Experience in metal fabrication a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Amada and Bystronic press brake machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Program and adjust machines as needed.
• Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Maintain a proficient run rate while producing high-quality parts.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance and strong work ethic.
• Show willingness to learn and grow.
