Responsibilities

• Set up and configure press brake machines for production by selecting dies and tooling.
• Adjust tonnage, stroke, back gauges, and ram for precise bends.
• Operate hydraulic/mechanical presses per drawings and specifications.
• Read blueprints and job specs to determine tooling and sequence.
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks.
• Maintain 5S workplace and ensure safe operation.
