Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Measure and portion ingredients to recipes.
• Wash, peel, chop, dice, and slice vegetables, fruits, and proteins.
• Prepare marinades, sauces, dressings, and other condiments.
• Set up and organize your station with tools and ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, labeled, and sanitary work area and proper storage of items.
• Assist with inventory control by monitoring ingredient levels and reporting shortages or excesses.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient prep flow.
• Familiarize yourself with menu items and stay updated on specials.
