Job summary

Branch Medical Group, a subsidiary of Globus Medical Inc., seeks a Secondary Operations Technician to perform post-machining tasks including deburring, cleaning, tumbling, laser marking and assembling small components to meet drawings.

You will operate CNC milling machines and wire EDM, conduct quality inspections, and complete QC documentation; adherence to GMP, SOPs and safety is required. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to perform visual inspection with a microscope on small parts.
• Basic math skills including geometric and trigonometric formulas are a plus.
• Self-starter and able to work with little supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects machined components using a stereo-microscope.
• Operates CNC milling machines and wire EDM to produce parts.
• Assembles sub-components into finished assemblies per procedures.
• Completes quality control documentation and inspection sheets.
• Adheres to GMP, SOPs and safety regulations daily.
• Supports compliance with company policies and training.
