Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in prepress, plate making, printing, or graphic arts preferred.
• Knowledge of color management and print production processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production files and print high-quality plates.
• Create 1-Up files, proofs, and set up printers.
• Impose jobs using PLA and verify layout accuracy.
• Troubleshoot workflow and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain safety, GMP, SQF, and housekeeping standards.
