Responsibilities

• Measure and verify all print cylinders using micrometers and TIR gauges.
• Inspect plates for thickness, damage, and defects before mounting.
• Verify artwork orientation and mounting accuracy for proper registration.
• Produce proofs or mock-ups before releasing work to press.
• Maintain records of mounted jobs and cylinder specifications.
• Ensure jobs are prepared and delivered according to production schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
