Job summary

TERREPOWER in Riverside, CA is looking for a Fabricator and Repairs Specialist I to join our production team. You will cut, trim, file, bend, and smooth plastic and resin parts to meet insurance-quality standards and ship repairs to collision shops nationwide.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, selecting tools, performing hand fabrication, and passing parts through quality control while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Eye for detail to catch defects before shipment.
• Able to stand for an 8-10 hour shift.
• Coachable and willing to learn repair techniques.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior repair or fabrication work experience, especially with plastic and resin.

Physical Demands: Stand or walk up to 8-10 hours; lift and move totes up to 50 pounds; regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head; comfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable noise, lighting, and temperature.
