Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Ability to stand, lift and bend for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to understand and communicate to ensure safety and clear instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare floor sample orders accurately based on packing slips or system instructions.
• Pack, label, and process outgoing shipments according to company standards.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow warehouse safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking materials as needed.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.) safely.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order status or issues.
