Job summary

Signode is seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our Roselle, IL team. You will accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for domestic and international shipping, while following 6S and strict safety protocols.

The role requires 1 year of pick/pack experience, familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and RF scanners, and basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of pick and packing experience.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, including using RF scanning tools.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Accurately pick products from the warehouse shelves based on information provided on RF Scanner.
• Pack products securely and efficiently to ensure safe transport.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation for domestic and international shipping.
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure products are stored correctly.
• Check picked items for accuracy and inspect for any damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following the principles of 6S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety).
