Job summary

RVI is seeking a Pick & Pack Associate to accurately pick parts from shelves and package them per work orders and customer requirements. This hands-on role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely preparation for shipment or production use.

You will review BOMs, locate parts, verify accuracy, label packages, and maintain an orderly workspace while following inventory control and safety procedures. Reasonable schedules and start times are available, with benefits such as health insurance and

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand basic written instructions.
• Able to read part numbers, quantities, labels, and inventory locations.
• Basic counting and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Review pick lists and BOMs to determine required parts and quantities.
• Locate parts in shelves, bins, or inventory locations.
• Complete work at a reasonable and consistent pace.
• Pick correct part numbers and quantities for each order.
• Verify picked materials against documentation before packaging.
• Count parts and identify quantity/part discrepancies.
• Package parts and place them in bags, boxes, or totes as directed.
• Label packages with identifying marks and quantities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Return unused or incorrect material to inventory location.
