Job summary

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:30am to 7:00pm

1. Ability to read and follow technical instructions and work procedures
2. Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with BGA (Ball Grid Array) or IBC processes (preferred, not yet confirmed as required)
2. Prior experience in failure analysis, repair, or electronics manufacturing
3. Familiarity with microscopes, rework stations, and diagnostic equipment
