Responsibilities

• Set up and operate laser machines to drill holes per customer requirements.
• Download drill programs.
• Verify travelers, prints and CAM programs.
• Select and set up correct bits.
• Align panels to the machine.
• Perform registration analysis using X-ray machine.
• Make scale corrections.
• Visually inspect panels for hole-size and missing holes.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines.
• Troubleshoot machines.
• Prioritize work based on time and delivery.
