Job summary

Precinmac in Tualatin, Oregon is seeking a Parts Processor for our Shields Manufacturing facility. This on-site role supports a fast-paced production line by preparing parts for the next step, including outside processing, assembly, and packaging.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Ability to set up various measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Manually remove machining imperfections from parts and perform blending and edge breaks on precision components.
• Perform processing steps including graining, hardware installation, masking, deburring, and cleaning.
• Prepare chemical process solutions and baths for pre-treating and chemical cleaning of parts.
• Inspect manufactured components for conformance to specifications.
• Ensure documentation, including certifications, work orders, process sheets, etc. are kept in order and filed.
• Operate hand tools and, if required, forklift; ensure safety and quality procedures are followed.
