Qualifications

• Experience following technical written instructions and engineering standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication to collaborate with the team.
• Ability to pass a vision test (corrective lenses OK).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coat and wet spray finishes to parts, ensuring coverage and adherence to specifications.
• Manage the paint line (loading/unloading), monitor equipment, and adjust for flow.
• Inspect finished pieces against drawings and tolerances for zero-defect delivery.
• Perform cleaning, color changes, and routine equipment maintenance to prevent cross-contamination.
• Safely move materials using overhead cranes, rigging and lifting equipment.
• Interpret work orders for material specs and labeling; record operational data.
