Empire Coating Inc. is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our production team. You will inspect painted parts at a designated table, remove masking materials, and perform minor touch-ups to ensure the finished parts meet customer specifications.

This hands-on role emphasizes detail and consistency. You will learn customer requirements for various parts and maintain a clean, organized inspection area while following all safety and quality procedures.

• Excellent eye for visual defects and attention to detail.
• Able to follow written instructions and customer-specific requirements.

• Capable of basic computer tasks and learning touch-up techniques.

Responsabilités

• Visually inspect painted parts for defects and areas needing attention.
• Remove masking materials (tape, plugs, liquid mask) after processing.
• Identify common paint defects and imperfections.
• Perform minor paint touch-ups as needed and ensure blends with finish.
• Follow customer-specific work instructions and inspection requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area.
