This hands-on, detail-oriented role emphasizes consistency and adherence to customer specifications. The position offers steady hours, a pay range of $17.50–$18.50 per hour, and a benefits package for eligible employees.

• Identify common paint defects and other imperfections.
• Perform minor paint touch-ups as needed.
• Ensure touch-up work blends with the surrounding finish.
• Follow customer-specific work instructions and inspection requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area.
• Recheck parts after touch-up to ensure the finished product meets requirements.
