Job summary

RiteScreen in Van Alstyne, TX is seeking a Packer to join our manufacturing team. You will prepare, package, and inspect window and patio door screens to ensure quality and on-time shipment. The role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and 2+ years of manufacturing experience. We offer comprehensive benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 18 years or older.
• 2+ years of related manufacturing experience (window/door industry a plus).
• Lean manufacturing and process improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare products for shipment by assembling boxes and packaging materials.
• Inspect and ensure quality and accuracy of finished screens.
• Transport prepared packages to staging areas and operate hand tools and pallet jacks as needed.
• Follow safety protocols, maintain clean workstations, and support 5S practices.
