Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Packer 1 to assemble and pack various products to customer specs while maintaining quality and efficiency. You will operate both manual and automated equipment, train across packing areas, and ensure safety and cleanliness in a non-temperature-controlled facility.

High attention to detail and strong communication are essential, with the ability to adapt to changing demands and complete tasks with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior production, assembly or packaging experience preferred.
• Strong manual dexterity and coordination.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay flexible.

Responsibilities

• Operate computerized/electronic systems to select, assemble and package orders safely and accurately.
• Apply clips/labels and package products into tubes, boxes, and other packaging.
• Train and rotate through packing areas; operate various packaging equipment.
• Load components into automated packaging equipment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors.
• Maintain output levels throughout the shift.
• Inspect products and packaging; report quality issues to supervisor.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep workspace clean.
• Complete tasks with a positive attitude; take on special projects as needed.
