Job summary

Simmons Foods, Inc. is seeking a diligent packer for our production line in Gentry, Arkansas. You will manually pick up bags, place them into boxes according to customer specifications, verify the correct count in each box, and push the box down the line while following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manually pick up bags of product and place them into the box according to customer specification.
• Make sure each box has the correct number of bags.
• Manually push the box down the line.
• Participate as a member of the Team and support development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies.
• Familiarize yourself with Simmons operating systems and follow related policies and improvements.
