Job summary

Valence Surface Technologies in Garden Grove, CA, seeks a detail-oriented Packaging Associate for a full-time, third-shift role. You will measure, weigh, count, inspect, and document packaging materials to ensure orders ship correctly and safely.

You will seal, assemble, and pad cartons using basic hand tools, maintain clean work areas, and follow supervisor instructions while supporting ITAR compliance and quality control throughout the packing process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Package parts for shipment/transport.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Examine containers, materials, and products to ensure packing specs.
• Maintain documentation with materials.
• Record product, packaging, and order information.
• Seal containers with stretch wrap, tape, etc.
• Assemble, pad cartons/containers with hand tools.
• Clean work areas and containers.
• Follow supervisor instructions.
