Job summary

Manus is seeking a Packaging Operator to safely operate and monitor processing and packaging equipment in a GMP-regulated food manufacturing setting. You will help ensure product quality, maintain documentation, follow SOPs, and support efficient production with a strong emphasis on safety and housekeeping.

Qualifications

Familiarity with GMP and food safety practices.
Ability to accurately complete and review production records and batch documentation.
Experience in packaging operations is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor Bepex Flash Dryer and other packaging equipment within specified temperatures and parameters.
Maintain proper airflow and dust control with baghouses.
Package finished product into 10 kg boxes with high accuracy.
Review batch records for accuracy and GMP compliance.
Identify and communicate equipment issues or quality concerns promptly.
Maintain daily housekeeping and adhere to safety policies.
