Qualifications

• Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping rules.
• Recall and manage orders in the system, set up, adjust, and produce cartons per machine capabilities.
• Inspect dies, ink, and materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Record caliper readings and production data for quality sheets.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company policies, including safety and housekeeping.
• Recall orders in the computer system and produce cartons per machine capacity.
• Verify factory tickets and layouts match the order being produced.
• Inspect anilox rolls, cutting dies, and printing plates before and after runs.
• Set up and operate pre-feeders and glue systems as applicable.
• Monitor box quality and ink viscosity for optimal performance.
• Train the assistant operator on basic setup and recall numbers.
• Complete production reports accurately and timely.
• Assist in optimizing production schedules.
