Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot defects or inconsistencies.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished plastic products for defects and packaging quality.
• Package products according to specifications and ensure proper sealing.
• Label packages with product information and warnings as needed.
• Monitor production line efficiency and resolve packaging issues.
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and suggest solutions.
• Keep work area clean and safe, dispose of waste properly.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials and notify when restocking is needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
