Job summary

Acoufelt is seeking a dedicated Packager for our Michigan facility. You will package products to meet our quality standards, operate hand tools and pallet jacks, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Shifts run Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, with compensation starting at $18 plus a 12.5% shift premium. The role emphasizes hands-on packaging, labeling accuracy, and collaboration to optimize workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging or manufacturing is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge is important for troubleshooting equipment.
• Proficiency with hand tools and pallet jacks is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Package finished goods for shipment with proper labeling and documentation.
• Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Fabricate packaging materials as needed to meet production requirements.
• Regularly inspect packaged products to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and warehouse efficiency.
• Monitor packaging processes using logic controllers when necessary.
