Job summary

Green Thumb in Nevada is seeking an Order Fulfillment Technician to manage the final stage of product life cycle by pulling sales orders and preparing them for delivery, ensuring accurate product type and quantity, and conducting quality checks for compliant labeling.

You will track product electronically on the state traceability system to ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with off-site partners to receive orders, while maintaining a clean workspace and supporting other departments

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years warehousing and inventory experience required.
• 1–2 years cannabis processing or related botanicals preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Must pass background checks and comply with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Pull sales orders and prepare them for delivery; labeling per DoA rules.
• Receive orders from off-site sales partners.
• Create and manage Excel spreadsheets.
• Track product through state traceability program.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment daily.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Operate with independent judgment to meet quality goals.
• Stay motivated and maintain positive attitude.
• Learn about new products and communicate with supervisors.
