Job summary

Infleqtion, Inc. in Boulder is seeking a skilled assembler to build optical, vacuum, mechanical, and electrical sub-assemblies for our commercial product line.

You will inspect during production, use calipers, optical comparator and CMM, maintain a clean room-friendly work area, and support maintenance and process improvements.

Associates degree in a technical field and 3+ years hands-on experience, plus proficiency with MS Office, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field (required).
• 3+ years hands-on experience in precision assembly, optics, lasers, vacuum systems or high-reliability hardware.
• Familiar with clean room practices and handling delicate components.
• Ability to inspect parts against drawings including GD&T tolerancing.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to assemble small components.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assemble optical, vacuum, mechanical, and electrical sub-assemblies per work instructions and drawings.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality.
• Use metrology tools (calipers, optical comparator, CMM) during production.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Identify process improvements with team input.
• Engage in training to expand process and product knowledge.
