Job summary

Infleqtion, Inc. is seeking a hands-on assembler for its production area to build optical, vacuum, mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies for its commercial product line.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree in a technical field and 3+ years of hands-on experience in precision assembly, optics, lasers, vacuum systems or related high-reliability hardware environments, with strong attention to detail and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field with 3+ years hands-on experience in precision assembly, optics, lasers, vacuum systems, photonics, semiconductor, aerospace, medical devices or similar high-reliability hardware; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble optical, vacuum, mechanical, and electrical sub-assemblies per instructions using drawings and models.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure build quality and adherence to standards.
• Use metrology tools (calipers, CMM, optical comparator) to inspect parts and sub-assemblies.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and support maintenance/troubleshooting of production line.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with teammates to implement changes.
