Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant technical or vocational training.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
• Experience in optical alignment, testing, and precision assembly.
• Experience with standard hand tools including Allen wrenches, screwdrivers, and torque wrenches.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision alignment and testing of optical systems using interferometers, alignment telescopes, and optical inspection equipment.
• Utilize assembly and inspection tools to support testing activities.
• Conduct environmental testing of opto-mechanical assemblies using thermal chambers and vibration test equipment.
• Document test results, inspections, and work performed through checklists and records.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, blueprints, specifications, and process documentation.
