Responsibilities include setting up equipment, fixtures, tooling and abrasives, performing inspections, documenting results, and adhering to safety and quality procedures in a 100% on-site role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5 years' experience in complex high mix environment.
• Experience operating grinding, lapping and polishing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding, lapping, and polishing equipment to fabricate optical crystals.
• Set up equipment, fixture parts, prepare tooling and abrasives.
• Perform inspections and measurements and document results.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering for process improvements and new product introductions.
