Summary:The University of North Carolina Hospitals’ Oncology Pharmacy Team has an opening for a Precision Oncology Pharmacist to support UNC Health Oncology Practices across the state of North Carolina. The pharmacist will work as part of the Precision Oncology Program within in the UNC Health Cancer Service line to support quality initiatives ensuring guideline-concordant use of precision oncology across the UNC Health system through clinical reviews of solid tumor oncology patients, molecular tumor board participation, recommendation of biomarker-testing vendors and tests, optimization of molecular testing workflows, targeted pharmacogenetic implementations, and stewardship initiatives.
