Job summary

Havis, Inc. in Warminster, PA is seeking an Assembler Mounting for the 1st shift (7:00am-3:00pm, Mon-Fri). You will read work orders, follow drawings, and assemble vehicle accessories at the bench or shop floor, while maintaining safety standards and quality controls.

You will use hand tools and drills, set up daily work per schedule, and participate in training sessions to support continuous improvement. This role requires endurance, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus.
• Mechanically inclined with experience using basic hand tools.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Must be able to regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and follow drawings to assemble products.
• Assemble products according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Execute assembly builds per production schedule.
• Operate hand tools and drills.
• Cross-train to support other assembly departments as needed.
• Label finished products and complete paperwork.
