Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Motor Lacing & Assembly Support: Lace motors using machines and hand techniques; assist with related tasks such as connecting and sleeving to support production needs.
• Technical Skills: Read diagrams, instructions, and manufacturing documents; understand flex flow and day/rank systems.
• Quality & Communication: Produce defect-free products that meet specifications and goals; communicate with team members and supervisors, and manage materials and tools effectively.
• Safety & Teamwork: Prioritize safety, maintain housekeeping, work overtime as needed, and cross-train within the team to support various departmental functions.
