Qualifications

• Experience maintaining molds, dies, and tooling in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Skilled with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, modify, and fabricate production molds and tooling.
• Inspect and repair molds to ensure performance and longevity.
• Diagnose wear or defects and perform corrective repairs.
• Set up tooling according to specifications and tolerances.
• Perform precision measurements with calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Record maintenance and document modifications.
• Support mold changeovers and production troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production staff to improve mold performance.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
