Wells in Hillsboro, AL is seeking a Mold Builder to construct precision wooden forms and mold components for precast concrete production. You will read blueprints, maintain tight tolerances, and use a range of hand and power tools to build durable forms that support high-quality output.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work quickly in a production environment while maintaining accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Reads production drawings/blueprints and constructs wooden forms with tight tolerances.
• Must read a tape measure within 16th of an inch.
• Operates staple guns, nailers, saws, and related tools safely.
• Maintains good housekeeping and follows safety procedures.
• Demonstrates strong time management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reads production drawings and builds wooden forms and blocks to spec.
• Maintains accurate measurements and uses various hand/power tools.
• Keeps work area clean and adheres to safety policies.
• Exhibits strong time management in a fast-paced setting.
• Performs additional duties as required.
