Job summary

Quaker Houghton PA, Inc. seeks a Chemical Operator II to perform advanced production and material-handling duties, following instructions to ensure on-time production and shipment with high quality. Responsibilities include operating PLCs, loading/unloading materials, and maintaining accurate batch records in JDE.

You will work with a team in a manufacturing setting, strictly adhering to safety standards while supporting shipping operations and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must read, interpret batch sheets, SOPs and work instructions.
• Demonstrated reliable attendance and teamwork.
• Basic mathematical skills and accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment per training and work instructions.
• Prepare mixing vessels, pumps, and hoses for unloading.
• Fill containers as per batch ticket and prepare for shipment.
• Maintain batch documentation and complete transfer/shipping records in JDE.
• Assist in inventory tracking and material handling.
• Follow safety policies and participate in site safety activities.
