Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Milling Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
• Solid understanding of machining principles, techniques, and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Setting up milling machines, including installing and adjusting tooling.
• Operating milling machines to perform machining operations.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Inspecting machined parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Making necessary adjustments to machine settings to optimize performance.
• Troubleshooting and resolving machining problems.
• Performing routine machine maintenance.
